
Blueprint Cleanse:
Many of you have asked what the hell Mark and I are doing with all of these juices....well here you go...this was my life the past 3 days.....
Sunday (pre cleanse day)
I woke up and had a glass of hot lemon water. Then for breakfast I had a bunch of watermelon and pineapple. I had my regular coffee with sweet and low and cream. For lunch I had a mixed green salad with italian vinagrette and greek yogurt with honey. For dinner I had more salad and fruit. I drank lots of water all day long and also had a few cups of green tea.

Here is how my cleanse days go.....
Wake up and have some hot lemon water.
Juice #1: Green juice....tastes like cucumber, ick. Not completely terrible though
Juice #2: Pineapple Mint Apple.....DELICIOUS!!! I wish I could drink this all the time. It tastes like a mojito without the rum!!
Juice #3: Green juice again. Not as bad the second time around
Juice #4: Cayenne Lemonade.....lemony water with a kick!!! Pretty decent!
Juice #5: Red Juice...beet, carrot, ginger. Ughhh....tastes like beety grass.....not delicious.
Juice #6: Cashew nut milk with vanilla bean and cinnamon! OMG Sooooo good. Compared to the others this is like eating a ginormous ice cream sundae!!!
Between the juices I drank lots of water and had some green tea.
On day 1 I didn't have anything extra, but tonight Mark and I had some vegetable broth for some extra calories.
So to answer some questions......
1. No I have not crapped my brains out
2. Yes I am peeing like every half hour
3. I was only hungry on day 1 right before lunch
4. No, I am not tired any more than usual. I think I am a little more tired because I haven't been drinking my coffee
5. This far I have lost 2 pounds....I don't know how, but I did.
